Day 1-Guwahati 

On arrival in Guwahati, you will have an assisted transfer to the pre-booked hotel. Complete the check-in formalities and relax for a while. Later in the afternoon, you will embark on the sightseeing tour of Guwahati which includes Kamakhya Temple, Vashistha Ashram, and many other places. Kamakhya Temple is one of the prominent Shakti Peetha and revered shrines of Goddess Shakti. Seeks blessing at this auspicious place. Vashistha Ashram is located on the bank of the mountain stream and this is a temple of Lord Shiva. The ashram was founded by the great saint Vashishtha.After enjoying the city tour, return to the hotel in the evening. Overnight stay at the hotel in Guwahati.

Day 2-Guwahati – Bhalugpong

On your arrival at the Guwahati airport or Railway station, our tour representative will meet you and help you continue your journey to Bhalukpong. On reaching Bhalukpong, check in at the hotel, have your lunch and rest. In the evening, head out to explore the local sites. You can also visit the Bhalukpong Fort, which was built during the 10th-century and is a symbol of the ancient glory of the place.Return to your hotel for an overnight stay.

Day 3-Bhalugpong – Dirang

Today after breakfast, you will enjoy a scenic drive to Dirang. En route, visit the beautiful Tipi Orchid Center spreading over 112.8 acres of land and research rare orchids. On reaching Dirang, check in at the hotel and head out to visit the Dirang Dzong and a Monpa Village. Also, visit the nearby Monpa Village to experience colorful cultural activities and dance and explore constructing houses with bamboo and mud that save them from chilled weather.Return to your hotel and enjoy an overnight stay at Dirang.

Day 4-Dirang – Tawang

Today after breakfast, you will head to Tawang. En route, you will visit Sela Pass. Here, you can enjoy a breathtaking Himalayan vista along with one of the most beautiful lakes in India. Also, visit Jaswant Garh, a site to remember the martyrs of the 1962 Indo-China War and the Nunarang Fall, one of the most dramatic waterfalls in India. Once you reach Tawang, check in at your hotel. Day 5-Tawang Local Sightseeing

Today after breakfast, head out to visit Tawang Monastery. It offers a commanding and picturesque view of the Tawang-chu Valley. It appears like a fort guarding the vast valley below from a distance. After that, you will visit Urgelling Monastery – the birthplace of the Sixth Dalai Lama & Ani Gompa, which the female monks run. After a late lunch and refreshment, visit the Tawang War Memorial. The evening at leisure.Enjoy overnight stay in Tawang.

Day 6-Tawang Bumla Pass & Madhuri Lake

Wake up early in the morning, enjoy breakfast, and get ready to explore some more in Tawang. Visit Madhuri Lake and Pangateng Tso Lake.Bumla Pass (China Border) Once done, get back to the hotel. The rest of the time is free at leisure. Enjoy an overnight stay at the hotel in Tawang.

Day 7-Tawang -Bomdila

Today after breakfast, you will drive to Bomdila. En route, visit Nag Temple & Gontse Garden Rabgye Ling Monastery. On arrival, check in at the hotel. If time permits, visit the popular Craft Center at Bomdila. Female traders run the Craft Center at Bomdila. Here you can buy wooden and bamboo products and colorful clothes made by the people of nearby villages. Also, visit the museum to get the essence of the culture and lifestyle of the local people.Return to the hotel and enjoy an overnight stay at Bomdila.

Day 8-Bomdila – Kaziranga National Park

Greet the day with a toothsome breakfast and check-out from the hotel. Today, you will be transferred to Kaziranga, one of the must-visit tourist destinations in Assam. Tourists across the country visit Kaziranga every year to observe the one-horned rhinoceros, for which Kaziranga is renowned all over the world. The national park is spread across an area of about 430 square kilometers. Kaziranga is home to wondrous wildlife, including tigers, wild buffalo, gaur, leopard, stag, deer, hog, wild boar, and many beautiful migratory birds. Day 9-Kaziranga National Park – Shillong

Wake up early in the morning, and get ready to enjoy the elephant safari from 5.30 AM to 6.30 AM in the western range of the national park. After that, return to the hotel and after breakfast visit Jeep Safari, and back to hotel after check out transfer to Shillong.On the way, drop by Barapani Lake, the biggest artificial lake in Meghalaya. Also known as the Umiam Lake, it is beautifully surrounded by Sylvan hills. On reaching Shillong, check-in at the hotel, spend the rest of the day at leisure, and later retire for the night.

Day 10-Shillong – Cherapunji Sightseeing

you will visit Cherrapunji. So in the morning, after breakfast, begin the excursion towards the wettest place on Earth, Cherrapunji. It is at a distance of 60 km and has various waterfalls, limestone caves, striking root bridges, and other natural sites to provide several activities.

Visit the Spectacular Seven Sisters Falls, the Mawsmai Cave, and the Thangkharang Park. In the evening, return to Shillong. Your Shillong tour package for the family includes a stopover en route at the Elephanta Falls and the famous Shillong Peak, it allows a great view. Later, return to the hotel and stay overnight at the Shillong hotel.

Day 11-Shillong – Mawlynnong –Shillong

Start the day with a delicious breakfast at the hotel. Later, proceed for a day excursion to Mawlynnong. This village is named as the cleanest village in Asia. Here, pay a visit to Jingmaham Living Root Bridge. Then, walk around the charming Mawlynnong Village and stop at the beautiful waterfalls.

Next, proceed for a visit to Dawki, 34 km from Mawlynnong Village. The small border town in the Jaintia Hills is known for the picturesque Umngot River, a must-visit site in Meghalaya. Enjoy the scenic beauty and a boat ride in the crystal clear waters where you can feel like floating in the air as the water is so clear. Explore the nearby sights too.After sightseeing, leave for Shillong. On arrival, check in to the hotel for an overnight stay.

Day 12- Shillong – Guwahati Dropping

Post breakfast, head for the half-day excursion trip to Shillong. Visit a Japanese-style Lady Hydari Park, decorated with roses and other flowers in a large stretch.
